Two Cel fix's

Do I need to wire a cel fix in between obth up and down pipe?

I'm pretty sure it's just the downpipe, I haven't done it yet because I'm lazy though.

Car Info: 94 T-Leg Sedan and a 00 M5

down pipe has the MIL-eliminator style mod, and the uppipe needs a resistor where the EGT used to connect.
