TurboXS UTEC

Anyone have a TurboXS UTEC on their WRX? I got my blue03 about 3 weeks ago, and my thousand miles is almost here. I've been looking around for the best performance I could get for around 1000 bucks. I was looking at the UTEC or either the Vishnu Stage Zero, any other options or opinions would be appreciated.

Many are running the Utec including me. Do some research and decide what your needs and goals are. The Utec blows the Vishnu unichip away. The utec is made for people that are interested in tuning. You can adjust fuel/Advance and boost as well as a host of other perameters. The Unichip is for people who want to plug something in and forget it.

UTEC rules

I have done some mods to may car and Always think that the unichip dont perform as the stock unit. The tiem give the reason. Almost every tuner now is changing from unichip to reflas the stock unit.
With stock ecu
stock turbo
stock catback exaust
stock intercoller
stock filter box and filter
stock pullies
M2 upppie
hallman boost controller set at 16psi
Downpipe
17" BBS RK
All the interior
Best time 13.54@98.6 mph
humidity 95% and temp 90degree
93 octane gasoline.
One week ago I installed a UTEC to my car with stage 2 map. On my opinion that is the best mod I have done to my car at this moment. The car feel like other much bigger motor. The torque is awesome and the response is superb.
For any one that want to mod hes car this absolutly the first mod on the list.
I am waiting to see my new number.
