TurboXS BOV question...
How many washers are you using? Would changing the washers effect the sound of the BOV? If I decided to change(+/-) them, could there be any negative effect on my engine/turbo? I was thinking that if I put too many in, and the BOV didn't open, it might really **** my turbo up. Does that sound right?

The amount of washers is really relative to how much boost you're running. On my MR2 with stock boost settings, I packed 4 washers in and I still had a jumpy idle, so I went to 5 and everything was cool. It's sort of a trial and error deal.
You definetly don't want too many either, because that can lead to compressor surge which is no fun.

I, have the TXS TYPE H, have always used one washer. Used this same valve on a GS-T SPYDER with one washer. Both cars ran fine with one washer so I never added any. Both cars are set at stock boost. I was also wondering if adding one or two washers would help performance.
