the HKS catback does connect directly to the stock exhaust. All you need to do is pull out the "donut" on the midpipe and get some new gaskets.

 

I have the new txs stealthback 3 inches all the way through with the RFL which is also 3 inch piping ... wondering if i could swap out my RFL for a carbon ti axleback with someone else..

hello, i went with the HKS Hiper-system TBE and up-pipe. i installed it over two years ago, and have enjoyed since. the look the sound... yes i know the down pipe does not have the bellmouth design. i used the extra ca$h to get the up-pipe. whatever you decide i am sure you like it over stock. lol

it will fix, but good luck trying to get someone to "swap" or "trade" an HkS carbon ti can for a TXS one.

 

i just got a hks hi-power catback with a helix catless dp and it sounds great. HUge power gains too. plus there are alot of used HKS catbacks on these boards for cheap i got my helix/hks turboback for 450 bucks!!
