Turbo Gauge hosing
I got my WRX with the turbo gauge add-on, and I decided to put a GFB hybrid bov on. As it turns out, whoever installed the gauge spliced into the vaccum line that plugs into the stock recirculating valve. The GFB relocates the nipple to the underside to hide the vaccume line, which caused a huge problem. The hose was cut to run on the top right of the valve, but the GFB moved it to the underside-left. I had to completely unhook the vacuum line and move everything around... ugh. It took lots of moving, squeezing, and zip-tie ing to get it to fit together. Not a problem now, but my hands took a beating.
Just wondering how everyone else's turbo gauge was hooked up. It isn't a bad place, just inconvinient for the design of the BOV. Hopefully this will help someone who does a search.
