^^^since that is out...you will need a full exhaust including an equal length header and 3" tbe. The next step would probably be a turbo upgrade to something like a vf22, gt30 or 18g w/ all the neccessary add-ons. Weight reduction will help as well.
btw...don't forget that when you are at top speed suspension and brakes become vitally important.
