Switching ECU

Is it possible to safely switch out an 04 with an 03 ECU, or would there be some sort of conflict between things? Any input would be appreciated.

i know o3 and 02 there is a one wire difference but its ok

so im sure these are ok to do tehy both have hte wire

so 02-03 ecu's are interchangeable without problems?
