Starting Problem. HELP PLEASE!

Hey guys,

So, I have been having this problem with my WRX since I bought it about 2 years ago. Every once in a while, I would say maybe once or twice a week, at random times, my car won't start. When I hold the clutch pedal down and put turn the key in the ignition, the car just makes a "VRRRRR" sound. In order to get it started, I keep the key turned in the ignition and I pump the clutch, until eventually it will start running.

I don't know what the problem is, and I am finally just sick of it. In the past, I have tried swapping the ignition and still ran into the same problem. I also thought that the problem might be my battery, but my friends and I swapped batteries and that wasn't the problem.

Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Please help me!

My Jetta GLI did the same thing and it was the starter solenoid that was bad.

Will this one work?

Also, I forgot to post this earlier.

My car wasn't starting earlier today, It was making the "vrrrr" sound but wasn't starting.
I tried pumping the clutch and it still didn't go.

My friend came to save me and we connected batteries and he jumped me. My car was able to start from jumping.

When I was sitting in my car waiting, I ran a couple electronics and it didn't seem that the battery didn't have enough power.

Not sure if this helps, but it might.

So, I got a video of what happened today.

So I tried to start my car, with no luck at all.

I jump my car and it ran. I drove around for a bit. When I came back home, I wanted to see if it would start at all. and that is where the video starts.
