Question Sleeper Turbo-Back??

Is there a complete TBE that is equivalent in sound and appearance to the Borla Hush with a high-flow cat?

I want to remain low-key and still be able to pass sniffer test. Yes, I know, "won't pass visual", but I figure it'll be easier to find smogger who might unwittingly pass me if I, at least, pass the emissions portion.

If I'm just way off, feel free to flame.

The Vishnu TBE looks like stock. I'm not sure on the sound nor the sniffer test but its worth looking into

stromung 2.5" w/ two tips, looks very similar to stock wrx muffler and it's fairly quiet if you keep the cats on, but if you go full turbo-back it's going to be way loud. borla hush is probably the best option

Many thanks for all the input!

I think I like the idea of the TurboXS Stealthback while keeping the stock muffler.

Stage II and nobody would even suspect....muahahahaha!!!

I am running catless with 3" piping on my stromung catback. It's not loud at all until you get on it. very stealth.

I don't think you can pass smog in CA without at least 1 cat, and i'm talking about the actual sniffer test not the visual.

you wont pass smog anyways... so i think you should get the helix dwn pipe and a borla hush or something like that... a vishnu... it will be quiet, but powerfull and loud when you get on it!

You can pass the CA sniffer with one high flow cat. I'm too lazy to search for it, but a guy on NASIOC bay area section passed with the MRT turboback with one cat.

The vishnu is the most stock looking. And it sounds sweet too: DiVX Vid clip

Well, I've done it....

Buying used TurboXS stealthback with High-Flow cat from fellow I-Clubber...will keep stock muffler for now.

Thank you all for your advice and opinions!
