Skid Plates

I have seen someone on here with a front skid plate. Where can i get one? Does this replace that crappy plastic piece that covers the front underside(under the oil filter)? Pics would be good. I am going pretty low so a skid plate would be good for all of those unsuspecting dips and driveways. I have also seen the rear. Pics too please.
