really need help right now!

i did the grounding mod just now put it all back and now security light blinks? what should i do?

open the door, press the arm or disarm button, you should hear the car honk. See if that works.

Maybe its in valet mode.

Open your drivers door and hit the unlock button on the key.

ill try that, im trying to reset ecu again, waiting for 45 min. i did open the door press disarm button while open but didnt wait long enough for the honk/confirmation..

quick question: what is the point of this mod? It looks like its for grounding redundancy, but why?

Many claim a smoother idle and/or smoother revving through the rpm range. Some folks have used it to cure the 3000 rpm hickup some of the first WRX's had.
