what about the turboxs standard muffler?



Very nice sounding quite and deep. This will keep your option open in the future if you want to go ahead and make a full turbo back.

I went with a TurboXS stealthback and Prodrive round tip axleback.

A few observations:

1) The TurboXS pipe and Prodrive axleback did not mate perfectly. The shop had to do some grinding and welding to get everything mated. I think the flange on the TurboXS pipe was off spec.

2) The Prodrive muffler is significantly louder than stock! It's very deep. It's quieter than the Blitz and 5Zigen exhausts I've heard, but louder than the Borla Hush.

3) I now hear a pronounced chirping sound when I get on the throttle. I never heard it before.

4) The TurboXS downpipe is HUGE.

5) I now can't get into my garage, as it's on an incline and the flange between the stealthback and axleback hangs down too low.
