question on ebc for 03' wrx light mods

question on ebc for 03' wrx light mods
i know from experience that a manual boost controller is no way to go. ive got a short ram intake, catless turbo back, and an HKS bov. thinking about purchasing greddy profec ebc. any insight on this, and will 1-2 pounds more of boost really make a difference? are ebc's prone to full boost at low throttle like mbc's? please help!!!

an ebc will have just the same PTFB issues as an mbc UNLESS it has a throttle position sensor input, and you map it properly.
