Possible BOV probme... tuning?

I have a Sard R2d2 but I think its not working properly. I'm running stock boost but you only hear the BOV at around 3k Rpm. I thought the BOV should be louder when I gun it.

Could this mean that i'm leaking boost? Is there a way to tighten the BOV spring?

if your idling is rough, then your bov is probably leaking, however i doubt that's the case with the sard r2d2.

you will only hear the bov when you build boost so your car probably isn't building up enough boost before 3k rpm to make the pssssh sound

is the r2d2 a 50/50 BOV? that would answer your question if it is... Meaning prior to 3000 rpm it still plumbs back to the intake, while after 3000 youre actually creating excess boost to allow the valve to open far enough to vent to atmosphere.... If its a 50/50 bov, thats more likely than not, your "problem"

sard r2d2 usually only sounds off at 0 psi or when shifting at full throttle at very high rpms ..well at least for me and my setup.
