Oven spray will remove the purple anodize from the BOV cap.
Looks good. Tell us about the mods that round out the car.

You should check out the MRT rails, I'll be running those with a Bosch pump from a Z, and the same Aeromotive FPR.

Head work-What was done to the combustion chambers? Can the chambers size be increased to the 99mm bore without going into the water jacket?

That crappy CA license plate is blocking 40% of your FMIC air. A relocation is in order, or fill the plate with little tiny holes!!

Nice job!!!

the license plate is so i dont get tickets. as soon as i break the motor in i will be using my own custom fuel rails with -8 lines and a 310 denso pump. the combustion chambers were slightly enlargened to 51.1 cc's, but you can only go a little bigger.

What bore are you running? Have the chambers been matched to the new bores?

Hummm You said WRX heads, 2.5 jugs... I'm assuming the heads are from a 2.0?? Anyway, what kind of headgaskets fit big jugs and small heads?? Or is the head surface large enough?

the bore is 99.4 mm and i am using custom 2.5 5 ply metal head gaskets. the head surface is plenty big enough for the block. the chambers have been modified a little to match but not much. with modify it it only is about 2 mm around over hang.
