P0303(cyl 3 misfire)

I was drving on the freeway and my cel went on and engine became weak and very rough. I scanned the code and it is P0303( cyl 3 misfire). I changed my spark plugs about 5k miles ago so I don't think they are bad. The car has 90k miles on it. Any reason why this would happen? Or any known issues at 90k miles like coils going out? Any input would help me out a lot. Thanks guys.

Coil pack possibly.I would remove it,inspect it,add some dielectric grease to the tip of the sparkplug and check coilpack connections,re-install and see if it comes back.

Alright, I found out that cyl 3 is passenger side close to firewall(thx Gino) so I took out the spark plug and swapped it with cyl 1 to see if the cel would go on (p0301) but it still said P0303 so It isn't the spark plug. Anyone know if I can swap the coil off of a different cylinder to check it or are the different?
