i do it every 3 months regardless of how much i drive. my last interval was about 1200 mi. put it this way it never hurts to always change your oil.

i change my oiland filter every 3000 miles.
theres no harm in having frequent oil changes.

Same here, I do some type of mod or maintenance every couple months and change the oil and filter every time.

If you're gonna jack the car up anyways might as well. :banana:

I change at LEAST every 3 months. Sometimes (not TOO often), 2 or 3 times in that period. I spend a lot of time at the track, though. I'd rather pay a little more out of pocket now, then a lot later.

amen.. i don't spend much time at the tracks but i am a freak about oil changes. . . 4k with synthetic- i drive hard.
