oil build up on turbo 03 sedan

I've noticed some oil building up around my stock turbo, Is this normal? Hopefully the pic will provide more detail. Thanks
The engine is bone stock, 50k

It looks like it is, I noticed a lil before but now there is alot more.

clean the oil off, tighten the hose clamp and try to see exactly where the oil is coming from. use a little simple green or mild detergent to make sure it nice and clean. let it idle and watch it for a few minutes and see if you can find where its coming from, if you don't see anything go for a short drive and try looking again. make sure all your fittings are tight before you start though.
