OEM Stock WRX catback vs STI catback?

Hey guys I was thinking of swapping my catback out for a 07 STI catback. Is it worth it? Any differences in terms of restriction and sound? I have a 04 wrx oem catback at the moment. Thanks.

are you going for a change in sound or performance? not sure about the 04 wrx exhaust other than it's a dual exhaust. but i had a oem 05 wrx catback and an 06 sti catback and the difference is only with the sound, which is minimal anyway. from my personal experience your better off getting a aftermarket catback and downpipe. good sound and a good gain in hp + tq

Well I already have a downpipe just trying to see if I could get more benefit from a STI catback compared to my stock 04 wrx catback.
