Alright, I've just recently replaced turbo. It's a factory one, but has been used. I also took the time to gut an OEM up-pipe and install a catless TurboXS stealthback. Last week when i was home working on the car, i got it running and boosting. I didn't have a gasket for the mid-pipe, so the exhaust cut out right after the race-pipe. Drove it and it worked, was getting about 9-10lbs of boost, but i figured it was a boost leak and i would get to it when i got the full exhaust on.

Now I got the gasket and threw on the mid-pipe. But there's no boost....

I pulled the line off the wastegate, thinking that it may be stuck. Still no boost. It seems as if the wastegate is stuck shut, it's position doesn't change from the time i turn the car on to turning it off. Isn't it's position supposed to change when you turn the car on? Any ideas? I really need to get my car running.
