Nothing is legal power-wise except for the catback. However, you can get away with a set of intercooler hoses, and if you get them in black nobody would know better anyway.

I think other ppl might say this but I happen to believe the next mod one should get is to invest in a high performance driving class, that's what I want to do when I get some more money, but if ya are gonna get some power mods I hear that an up pipe down pipe helps free up a nice chunk of HP.

depends on what you want to do, and how much $ you have

i say get an up pipe/down pipe first off
then a reflash
then bigger turbo/ic/injectors

the reflash on a stock car should give you about 25 HP and makes your car much smoother.

if you hvae the money, bigger turbo,i/c/injectors is all legal (i am pretty sure)
