Need Help!

here's the story, my car is usually at 17psi, today i was driving it and had trouble getting past around 8 psi and the car started jerking. I popped the hood and noticed one of the vacuum lines was shot. (the one connecting the boost controller to the selenoid...i think...it's the little silver cylinder in front of the turbo) I took it for a drive and it boosted a little better but still jerked around 14psi and wouldn't go above 5k rpm. I'm completely stumped. Today i got my CEL fixed at Vakamon. They used a spacer and reset the comp, but i don't think it's that. There wasn't a high pitched noise coming from the turbo and no smoke. HELP!!!!
my mods are VF39, FMIC, 3 inch exhaust, intake, STI pinkies, and i believe the car came with a tune from a plug in. Thanks for the help. Now since i copied and pasted from hawaii forums to make a long story short, all my hoses are secure and the shot hose has been replaced. I took it down to the shop and they're telling me all 4 cylinders is misfiring...can 4 cylinder misfire make the car do this. I can get it past 5 if i don't put my foot in it and just creep it. But if i completely gas it...then probs
