Need help 02 WRX oil leak?

Oil leaking on top of timing belt cover from top, mostly under the p/s pump area. For sure it's not cam or crank seal. Power steering pump fluid is full, no fluid loss. Any ideas?

how does your actual pump look like? Any oil/build up on it? I know the power steering pumps on our cars are known to have little fluid seep out.

Seep out from the pump or the hose? P/s pump needs to be replaced? No other quick fix?
