i would take the money and go take a spelling/grammar class.
really though, browse the boards and see what other people do to their cars. i can see that you are very young, so take some time to learn about the car before spending all your money on it. and i would not suggest getting nitrous.

Car Info: want a WRX
Do you know how a 4 stroke engine works? What about a turbo? Clutch? Transmission? Intercooler? Know what knock is? How does the WRX's ECU work? If you can't answer those questions, leave your car stock until you can.
Nitrous Oxide isn't the best idea -- it's dangerous. However, if you do decide to go with it you would have to buy a wet setup for about $800+. In my opinion, there are much better, safer ways to spend that money. Turboback exhaust, pullies, wheels, suspension, engine tuning, etc. Those are much safer and definitely a better choice than nitrous.
And btw, how old are you? 16? 17? You're lucky to have such a powerful car at that age. Keep it stock until you know it inside and out. It also may be a good idea to take it to the track and hire an instructor for a day. I hear you can learn A LOT by doing that. Good luck.
Edit: BTW, if you want to learn about all the stuff I talked about check out www.howstuff.works.com . There are some excellent articles on that site.

It will be like the bible until you know your entire car like the back of your hand, before you do anything to your car consult and take a general vote on what people like better.
Good Luck

there are a ton of ways to mod your car. if you have a stock WRX, get some wheels and tires first and then work on your suspension a little bit. some minor mods in this department will go a long way. there are a lot of different ways to upgrade your car in the power department. go through some posts in this forum and you'll get an idea of what you can do. i would try to not go w/ the nitrous route at first. try to go the safe route first.
DLUX is right, wheels and tires make a big difference. I would also suggest getting an AccessPort from Cobb Tuning. www.cobbtuning.com
Cobb's AP engine management is great. Plus it's a very safe and easy way to make power. Leave it at Stage 1 for awhile, then go full exhaust and Stage 2.
