Hello everyone. Oh, great another noob to the forums... Sorry and thanks in advance. Anyways, i pieced together a really cheap tbe. Parts include 4"to 3" bellmouth dp(catless), some 3" exhaust tubing, and a flowmaster muffler. my friend has a welder and lots of tools, so we spent a day putting it together, and BAM.
total cost was about $285.
i don't think things get more ghetto than this! But hey, what ever floats your boat.

welcome to i-club. do you have dyno numbers available?
i think it would be neat to have some numbers to show
how your(ghetto) set-up works. the way i look at it- if it works and its reliable... cool.

They leak because niether piece, the cat-back nor the DP, are known for fitting well. The Helix V1 had some very common fitment issues, hence the creation of the V2. The Borla has no flex section and therefore is less accomodating of the V1's somewhat poor fit.-Chris
