Make my own CEL fix???

I'm getting ready to install TurboXS Stealth-back today. My understanding is that I'm going to throw a CEL due to my cat-less pipe. Is there any way I can make this CEL fix myself? I search all I-club, & I'm thinking a 2.2kOhm resistor will do the fix. Any help or instructions would be appreciated!

we had a thread on the other forum, about using spark plug foulers as a bung. Do a search on there, it will come up, the thread title is like, non-mechanical 02 fix, something like that.

The 2.2K ohm resistor is for the uppipe to replace a removed EGT probe and has nothing to do with the P0420/catalyst inefficiency fix.

Thanks for the insight. I figured that out shortly before I posted my question up on here.

I installed the stealth-back today, & so far (20 miles) no CEL!! Hopefully, it "just won't" happen, but I'm not so optimistic.

I understand now, that I need a CEL fix (resistor) for the uppipe when I install that, but for the turbo-back, the fix I need is known as a "Mil Eliminator"?? Thanks for the help everyone. I appreciate it!
