Looking for a TRUE CAI
I'm looking for a true cai for an 02 rex. I'd just like to know some of the brands that makes it. If your not sure what i'm talking about, I'm looking for one similar to what Injen makes, where the filter is in the fender in place of where the intake silencer was. please help

AEM is awesome i love it. or the XSEngineering. your lookin to pay about 200. u should think of puttin in a uppipe instead. down the line it will be better. replace OEM filer with K&N or on ebay they're sellin XOXO CAI for 40!!! they're all the same but i had a Greddy style which was stallin my car in neutral while cruisin down the strip. veryinbarressing expecailly for a brandnew car. had to be removed but havent had experience with CAI on the wrx just other nonturbo 4bangers

ok i have a sold intake answer
but good luck finding one.. i have been searching for this cai for a while but cant seem to find any one that sell it.. but it is an aps cai and runs the filter cone where your stock intake silencer is this helps in two ways makes it look clean and the air from that inner guard is at a consistant temp. therfore it will not cause cel's. if you find a place that is selling this exact product pm me

They have it. It doesn't look quite the same from the angle of the picture on their site, but it's the same. There's any number of other vendors that sell APS intakes.
