Howdy Everyone,

I'm looking for a 2.0 Forged Shortblock.. ~3000$.. that isn't made by cobb. No offense to them or anything; I'm just looking for something other than their items.

Anyone know where I can find one? I've looked around quite a lot.. but I'm stuck on a limited internet connection (10hrs a month, and I have to share it with the family).

Ver 7 STi shortblocks. Forged crank, rods and pistons. I have seen them sell as low as $999!

where have you see these shortblocks, on ebay or through a company? Thinking about getting a beefier shortblock myself.

I dont see that exact motor on this site but that doesnt mean they dont have them http://www.axispowerracing.net/services.html. If you dont want to make the long distance call tell me and I will call them for you since I live in the area.

 

I used to work there actually. Even built that webpage you posted. They dont do anything with 2.0 liters.

Err.. anywho; anyone want to point me directly to a 2.0 with forged internals for sale.. before i cry? I don't want a whole new motor.. just a shortblock.

yeah and mostly forged. Forged crank, rods and cast pistons. Not all bad for the money.

I would happily agree with the 2.5.. just no $ for heads .
