My guess would be an ebc. That vacuum line goes from the fpr to the intake manifold right?
Oh well, it's better than an mbc.

....no the idiot likely did a boost gauge tap there....bad place to do it....get a leak and your FPR isn't gonna work right and BOOM.

A boost controller goes on the vac lines on the turbo.....

Tee into it for WHAT??????? Manifold pressure????? There are MUCH less dangerous places to get manifold pressure than THAT.

...maybe that is one reason that so many people out there with all this JUNK on their cars blow them up so often.....

...those directions are usually written for cars other than Subaru's and/or for NA cars that get turbo'd....or hundhuas.

....and MANY people are STILL under the false impression that a turbo'd car is a turbo'd car and I can jsut slap parts on and they will work...

WRONG!!!!!!! Subaru's ARE different.

It says it reads the fuel pressure.
I dunno, that's the only reason I could think of that they would tap into that line.

How is it going to read the fuel pressure? There is no fuel in that line.It is a vaccum line.In order to read the fuel pressure you would need a sender that was placed in the fuel line before the regulator.
