Lineage Grounding Kit
I installed a set of the Lineage Grounding Wires / Grounding Kit from Vivid Racing about a month ago. The quality of these wires is fantastic and the lengths are pretty good for my 02 WRX but in hind-sight I could have made a set myself for less than half the cost. No matter - they are on and the biggest difference I notice is how people OOOH & AHHH over them when I lift the hood. No big deal to me but they do look nice.
Q. Is there a performance increase? A. There seems to be the engine is running smoother but not a significant change. I noticed more from a k&n panel filter that cost half.
Q. Where did I connect them? A. I started at the battery neg. terminal and took the shortest one to the inner fender where the battery was already grounded. Then I took another from the batter neg and went a bolt at the right of the manifold. I took another from that bolt to another bolt on the top of the manifold. From there I spidered two off - one going to the passenger fender beside the air intake and the longest one down back beside the IC and connected it to the side of the transmission. SEE PHOTO
I think they are worth it for even minimal gains --- $90 isn't too much but it would be better to spend $40 and make them yourself to exact lengths.

I've read in other posts - unfortunately after I purchased my wires - that a 10Ga wire would be fine and any type of mid quality will work as well. The 4Ga of the Lineage kit is most likely overkill but looks nice - I think I would go with 6-8Ga for looks.
Power wire for car audio applications would probably look the best - you can get it in all the nice blue, yellow & red semi-transparent colors. You will pay a little more for it but I think it would be worth it. I would also use audio grade connectors - I'm not sure if soldering or crimping is better.
Mandra - post a pic of you wire when you get them and let us know what you think. A finished set for $23 is pretty hard to beat.

Car Info: 2016 Acura RDX ... meh. Um, nice subwoofer?
I have 10 in there now. I am redoing it soon with some black 6. Home Depot has some great 6 stuff with opaque, smokey black. Idenifiable but not bling bling.
As for power... Import Tuning did its first WRX hopup some months back and showed a nice, little increase w/ grounding. I really like how IT has been doing their mods lately, with lotsa dyno time for each mod. When I originally did this, it was not for power but to take care of some hesitation. It worked a bit. Eventually I went to the dealer and they did a bit of ECU monkeying which cleared it up (with my wires still intact).

p.s. I hope you guys w/ the brightly colored stuff have fun cleaning them all the time

There prolly something on scoobymods.com. And there's tons of info here and on nasioc. All you might not know is where to put them. But as for lengths and how to run them... try measuring.
