Jdm sti my04 motor

Just purchased a my04 jdm sti motor to replace my motor that was a my01 or as some people would call a V7 engine. The V7 motor had a oil issue and toasted the two main bearings and two rod bearings and scored the block and crank. My question is whether i should put the my04 motor in whole or put my V7 sti heads which have been rebuilt with kelford 264 avcs cams and ferrea valve train. Or have the kelfords put in my my04 heads
