I just put a Hallman MBC on my WRX, and here is my problem after installing it and adjusting it I only gained 1.5 psi according to my autometer boost gauge. I am certain it is hooked up right no leaks,and it is totally turned all the way clockwise, which should be for high boost, and my gauge doesn'r go over 15psi not even a spike, is this normal I was hoping for around 16psi, I believe that is a safe limit right? Also one other question, now that my boost is coming on quicker will this boost controller have any long term affects on my eingine running around 15-16.5 psi. Thanks again

 

careful in 1st and 2nd gear... there is a reason why subaru limited boost for first 2 gears... to prevent u from breaking em... hehe

about ur mbc... check the spring inside it.. the spring may be too weak and "gives" therefore u cannot get more than 15 psi..
