I know a gutted uppipe is not the best but...?
What is the power diff(estimated) between say a gutted one and a perrin? also if u are to gut one do u have to buy a spare one to gut? cus if i was goin to do it I would jus take the stock one off have it gutted then put back on? any opinions of any sort will be appreciated.

The larger diameter of the factory pipe and shape of the chamber may not perform as well as the tapered design of perrin or others.
I do not think anyone has tested that though.
Rallitek has two uppipes that are less expensive than Perrin. AVO is $10 less than lest expensive Perrin, GPMoto is $30 less.

Not sure of APS/Perrin specs. [www.perrinperformance.com] I know they have several models of up pipe. We carry AVO which does taper and GPMoto which is an equal diameter up pipe.

don't doubt the power to the stock gutted, here's a good example:

if you're not going for insane power, gutting your stocker would be a very cheap way to go.....buying a stocker then gutting is the way i went...cuz i wanted to take my time and gutted and completely cleaning the inside a few times, just to make sure there wasn't anything left
