I got a question, need your help

Ok I am going up to the local dragstrip with some buddies in a few weeks. I am taking my WRX, and I need your suggestions to make my car a bit faster. All my freinds have thier big american muscle and I want to have the fastest ET. So far I have a Tanabe Cat back exhuast, Samco IC Hoses, K&N drop in filter, Silencer removed and have the 3/16 mod, basically that is it as far as the engine. Now I need your help as what to do next, I want to squeeze a few more tenths out of the car. I am predicting I will run high 13's with the right conditions does that sound about right? I want to stay away from up and down pipes due to emmisions, I was thinking a Boost controller or something like that. I have a couple hundred dollars to spend. I want something safe that won't hurt the motor. What should I do? Thanks
