Hyper ground wires & header...

I've seen a few good reviews for the hyper ground wires. Gains of up to 10tq. I know they sell for ~$100 and are available near me @ XS engineering in anaheim.
Does anybody have any real world experience with them?

Also, I was lookin to add a header to my wrx. I saw some good things on the INvidia header, but i already have an up-pipe. The INvidia includes one

So, i am also considering the zerosports header, but i dont know much about it. Any header advice?

i did the DIY ground kit, it made a world of difference for me. so much smoother throughout the powerband. for actual power gains i dont think i got any. it was worth it IMO. i used 4guage and it cost about $30 for everything.
most anyone you talk to will give different reviews on them, anywhere from, it did nothing to i gained 20HP at the wheels. but most everyone says that it was worth it, and it looks cool too.

I still never understood ground wiring.
Why do people do it? I thought all new cars were already ground wired? how does it make it feel better or whatever with the power?

all cars are grounded, its just a poor ground. when i decided to put this on, i was like, "this isnt gonna do crap for my car, how can people possibly say it helps? but at least it will look kind of cool, and it is easy to take out if it does nothing" but then as soon as i started it up and backed it out of my garage, i noticed a difference, much smoother, like i said, i got no gain in horsepower, the car just ran smoother, no more dead spots/skips/moments of less power in the powerband. i was just as skeptical as anyone out there, but now i believe
