It really depends on your choice of muffler. My 5Zigen is relatively tame compared to a Blitz nur spec. iON performance has quite a few turbobacks that have have the choice in muffler sound and tip styles.

Get something with a removeable baffle, make sure you have a resonator in there, and your ok...with the resonator in that is. You'll just sound a little mean. With out, it'll sound like the devil is coming down the street, this is a boxer man.

Get a 5Zigen catback if you don't want attention from the neighbours and the cops.... My 5 Ziggen probably got about 10%louder when I removed the last cat in the system, and this was not by much at all. It is one of the quietest systems out there, thanks to the huge canister at the back....Plus it looks like an oem piece thanks to the coating on the pipes!

i'm going with an M2 cat-back. it features a resonator, so i was hoping that would help. i want the stock dual tip look. mustangs and camaros with loud exhausts roll up and down my street all the time, so maybe they won't notice me. thanx for the feedback.

Iam completely catless, I have the Scoobysport and it does not seem to loud to me. The only thing that I do not like about it, is that it smells kind of funny.
Hope that helps man

i'm running a HKS DP & Gruppe-s UP with a stock cat-back exhaust. When i get on it, it sounds throaty...but at idle, it sounds quiet, but still has the hint of the boxer sound.

I am running catless with a GReeddy evo catback exhaust and it's pretty quiet, much quieter than many other exhausts.

I'm running a Blitz Catback with Invidia Downpipe and Gruppe-s Up-pipe. The only thing I gottah say is buy ear plugs with this setup. Idle is a steady rumbling noise , low RPM sounds like a train, higher rpms sounds like a fighter jet! But the power increase is amazing.

Uh-oh! I ordered this same combo... Did the Blitz ehaust come with a baffle, and if so, does it make a difference? I kinda don't like asking cops to pull me over

so i take it that running catless w/the stock muffler wont be too much of a difference in term of loudness?
