Greddy Type S Installation

Hi guys/gals. Now I know this has been somewhat covered but I just need some reassurance without flaming. I recently received a Greddy Type S Bov kit from a friend for my birthday and it includes everything along with recirculating kit. Now I think I got everything covered on how to install this and adjust it, I am by no means going to run this vented, I want to run this recirculated due to the fact that my stock bpv is leaking at 22psi. However I can't figure out where the lower nipple connects. Below is a Sample picture I found.

I have everything else connected except for that. Do I just plug it up or does it needs to be connected? Thanks.
