I'm guessing your asking because you live in CA, and you want to stay legal. Watch out. My friend just got pulled over in his AE86, and he had a magnaflow muffler on trust piping, and the cop said it was too loud. He asked for a dB test, the cops said it's by ear now. So heads up.

Note: New law (27150.2 VC) does not require law enforcement to use sound level meters to test for excessive noise. Citation is based on officer's judgment. Cited violators may have testing done at smog referee stations or may be directed by the court to have testing done. Vehicles in violation must be brought into compliance. A fine may also be imposed.

Both are a tad louder than the Borla Hush.
Catless, it's a little louder, but still under or borderline 95 dB.
