There is only the Profec-A and Profec-B. The Profec-A is the more sophisticated version. It has fuzzy logic and a beefier boost control solenoid. I had it on my car for a few months, but now I'm selling it because I'm getting ECUTEK. If you want it, i'll sell it for $300. They're usually like $500+

There is also GReddy Profec E-01. One of the most sophisticated and intelligent boost controllers on the market. The only other one that is more crazy than this one is the $1000 HKS EVC Pro.
I am considering getting the E-01 as well. It has a lot of nice features in it that I want to utilize.
