GFB Auto-boost and Guage reading

Yes, I am a total rookie when it comes to this. I have a Boost guage on my 02 WRX (that doesn't seem to be straight psi).
I also have installed a GFB Boost Controller (automatic).
Question, how do I read what I am getting? I have read up on the PSI that is factory and how much you should adjust to be safe, but my readings don't seem to translate to PSI:
idle: -0.08 (vaccum)
3000 rpm in 4th about 0 (+- 0.01)
redline: +0.09 (boost)
Does this seem right? How does that translate to PSI? How much can I adjust this?

OK, found a thread that has the conversions of megapascal to PSI (which is what I needed) -> https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...ighlight=boost
(so it looks like my boost is still a little low)
