Gasket help please

This is the problem I just got a Hks Hi-Power catback exhaust for my 02 Wrx and I needed to get a new gasket. I currently have on my car a Hks downpipe and stock exhaust. So I emailed the seller and he said all I need is the gasket from the midpipe to the exhaust. So I went to my dealership today and bought the 3in gasket (1st pic)that connects to the exhaust and the midpipe. Then I heard I need another gasket from the midpipe to the downpipe and they gave me this (2nd pic) I believe this is the turbo to downpipe gasket. So just to clarify what gaskets do I need to install my Hks Hi-Power catback exhaust to my Hks downpipe. Thanks

the catback should've included one gasket for the midpipe to the axleback. if it didn't then you'd just need 2 of the first gaskets.
