Question Gas Saving Vortex creating Device...?

Anyone ever tried this? I see all the positive feedback from the other buyers but I don't even know this is worth my time. It'd only be $18 to find out so...I dunno. Anyone?

Did they try that on Mythbusters?

I have a tip for you, if there is something cheap that'd increase gas mileage, it'd already be built into newer cars.

So you put something in the intake tract that blocks air flow and it's supposed to increase power?

I guess yeah it blocks the airflow, but at the same time creating some type of vortex of airflow and it is supposed to change the atomization of the fuel and air combusting in the cylinder. I obviously put it up here because I doubt it very much, but if you read his other feedback, which he has sold 18,000 + of these products, and most all of them are good and say that it worked for their vehicle. I even saw a few reviews for the forester, impreza,wrx/sti model and they had good feedback. Which is why I was wondering if any of you have had experience or if its a complete waste of time. And if it isn't a waste of time, since our cars are mostly modded, could that potentially mess something up....just a few thoughts..
