factory turbo

Ok, I took off the mbc because I did not like the way the car drove with it on. I reconnected everything as it was from the factory, I even disconnected the battery for an hour and unplugged the boost solinoid. I'm sertain it is back just like it was from factory but my car won't boost past .05 bar! WTF! It's a 2003, is there a saftey mode in the ecu that won't allow me reset? someone help me please. I just want my car back.

from:
intakemanifold-fact tee-fact connecter-boost solinoid
from the factory tee to the turbo

there is a restrictor inside the hose that goes between the turbo niplle and the "T". You can feel it inside the hose and if you flip it arround you will get low boost.

Alex thank you, I'm such a noobie! The boost did go up but the most it will pull is 2 marks past .05 bar on the factory boost guage. Whatever boost that is. Should I reset the ecu? Any other ideas?
