Factory Boost Level ... Is this weird...

I just put in Blitz Boost Controller...at idle the the boost/vaccum is at 17-20 inHG, the peak PSI that I have reached is 8.3 in 2nd @ 5500 RPM, too chicken **** to boost higher. Is this normal????

huh? you are only getting 8 psi? the stock turbo spools to 13.5 psi, that is STOCK. if it is only at 8 then yes it is weird. also you didn't go up to very high rpm so that could be why. also is it a manual boost controller? cause if it is. make sure you unscrew it as far as it will go then screw it down till you find the boost you want.

its normal. I installed my blitz boost controller and it did the same thing. I think it is just set-up to boost low at first. Just put it up to .9-1.0 bar. 1.0 bar should be your limit, it doesn't produce my power after that. .9 bar is stock boost. I was tripping at first too, cause I did not know what stock boost was, after I found out its been at 1.0 (14.5psi) ever since.
