Factory Boost

Just wanted toknow what the factory boost is.

I installed a boost controller and it's off, but the wastegate holds .54 bars only. From what i see here, it's suppost to be up to 14psi ~ .95 bar.

just wanted to know

The wastegate will open at about .5 bar/ 7 lbs. , what you are seeing. Some type of external boost control is needed to bleed off pressure from the wastegate line to allow higher levels of boost.

factory is around 14 psi and drops down to about 8-9 when you get to about 6000 rpm +

thanks...i'll just reconnect the factory boost controller for now.

works great...holds boost on auto setting fine...but comes in too fast right now....caue I'm still breaking in the the car...with only 450 miles so far....and just a tap of the throttle at 2500 i can see the boost sky rocket.

i think i'll put back to stock for now.
