RS machine has a site up now. I here good things about there work. And Endyne will be testing there work soon, so there will be a respected opinion out there. They have subaru sleeves listed.
The list sleeve sizes up to 96mm or 2171cc or 2.2L.
Endyne has also expressed the disire to design rollar wave pistons for us should anyone send in there heads and two pistons and rods.

I've seen their parts at work and Larry is a genious. I won't be doing anything until next year, but if someone wanted to take the lead on this...
