Has some strange type of outlet/inlet on the side

I have no idea what the hell that is. It is a TMIC but it won't be a direct bolt in for a WRX. You will need custom pipping for that.

To me it looks like the inlet of the intercooler is too small for the outlet.

I would not buy it.
