cobb makes a great DP with a highflow cat which will keep noise to a minimum, also so does helix which is catless, another good DP is the bosal twin dump....

TXS with catback adapter... I like it because it has the biggest bellmouth in the industry. If not that, I used to have a Stromung divorced wastegate DP that didn't replace the 3rd cat.

turbo xs is nice, but it gives a really tingy sound at high RPM due to the thin wall that it has around the bellmouth...

but it flows like crazy

Godspeed

will not throw a cel. And if you want to make your Perrin exhaust quieter, consider headers. I have the GPMoto headers and when I installed them, and the Godspeed downpipe, my exhaust was quieter. Sounds crazy, but it's true.

Get a down pipe that has a cat or keeps the third cat. If you go catless, it will be loud. You are a little limited since you already have a catback.

Options to keep existing third cat include:
ScoobySport
Bosal
Stromung

Vendors who sell a catted DP to replace the two factory parts:
Cobb
Helix

There may be more but that should get you started.

Good luck.

helix has a new downpipe out with a hi-flow cat as well. It's a bellmouth piece like the first and is arguably one of the finest DP's available.

The downside that I see to the new helix is that the cat is in the second position. I am afraid that it is too restrictive.

I've yet to see a review anywhere.

the helix is also pretty cheap comapared to most catted Dp's, which can easily break into the 500 dollar range...

I have heard that the helix tilts the exhaust slightly upward and in some cases has made the rear bumper melt because it was to close. Anyone know of this?

the exhaust isn't really tilted upwards. it is tilted to the left slightly. it sits low enough to where I don't even get the carbon smear on my bumper.

Good to know. What CBE to you use? Anyone else have any experience with the Helix DP?
