dp heatshield

since i have a helix dp, i have not been running any heatshield over my dp. does this affect how much power im putting out? would buying an aftermarket heatshield to put on give me bigger gains in terms of power? TIA

The cooler you can keep your engine bay and especially your IC and IC piping, the better it is. So yeah, modify the stock heatsheild, or get aftermarket one, like CUSCO.
