Downpipe vs Uppipe
Downpipe vs Uppipe
Which would one should I get first. Which one will give me the most HP if any? I heard the uppipe was useless unless i have a header and i heard its really hard to install. Whats a good brand to get. Any suggestions. Please help. Thanks.

I would go with the Upipe first as it releaves you of the problem of heat it produces and gives you roughly 5-7 horses.
I would DEFIENETLY put in the downpipe at the same time to save on the repeatitive removal of some procedures if you have the cash on hand.

You need both IMO. Uppipe gives rid of alot of the lag and gives some good HP numbers. Downpipe is gonna free alot of your car up. Do both at the same time. It saves time. As for brand, I'm going TurboXS, but Perrin. Vishnu and Godspeed are all great.

no, no. and no.
first of all releaving heat would not produce more hp. in fact if you can retain the heat the exhaust velocity would be greater causing more hp and faster turbo responce. the entire reason you get an up pipe is to remove the factory catylist which is in front of the turbo impeding air flow.
i would personally get the up pipe first as you will notice more power.
